We help you bring your wildest Pinterest worthy dreams to life! Utilizing a variety of curated vintage tabletop items and furniture, we add a touch of whimsy to any event. From large events to more intimate get-togethers, being with your people and having fun is always worth celebrating.

So, here’s the deal:

  • The Rentals

All of the items on our site are rentable and intended for mix and match usage.

When you check out ‘The Goods’ section, this is where you can locate all of our inventory broken down categorically.

If an item seems like a good fit for your event, you will have the opportunity to click ‘Add to my wishlist’. This will create your own personalized wishlist to which your event date and description can be added!

Your wishlist will then get sent to us, and we will reach out with a personalized quote based on date and items!

We also offer shopping by the package where it is a set theme with items that match the vibes! Looking for a quick fix without all of the personalization? These are for you! Check them out below

  • The Options

Here are the Curated Heirloom, we offer a selection of services based on the needs of each event.

First, we offer a virtual or in person meeting where we talk all things design and help select your rentals! When booking with us, this offering comes at no additional cost. This is a great way to see the full inventory in person and get involved in designing if you so choose!

Second, our setup services are quoted based on event location, event size, number of guests, amount rented and an estimated time required to set up all of the rentals. Once the event details are discusses and rentals are selected, we will send a service quote over your way!

Third, there is always the option for us to source more specific items to for the needs of you and your event! This is a super fun option where you have full creativity in what you are wanting us to source. This option is billed based on price of goods and an hourly compensation.

  • The Event

Once the rentals are finalized, you will sign your personalized contract, make a deposit & decide a delivery date.

If your event is within our serviced area, there is a delivery fee of $125. This price does not include the setup fee.

All of the rentals will arrive clean and ready to go! When items are picked up or returned, they must be food free. Every event is charged a 10% breakage and cleaning fee, always. This covers the cleaning of the items before and after your event, as well as any damages that may occur during your event. If you break more items than covered by the 10% fee, you will be billed for 50% of the estimated cost of the items.

If a day of service was booked, we will iron out all of the details with you in a meeting prior to the event.
